Default LH Powervalve cover

I am about to fit one of Matt Stavish's high capacity LH Powervalve covers.
Are there any others adjustments I'm gonna have to make to compensate for this?

Carby tuning?
PV tuning?
Any difference to kick starting?
Any other tricks or traps?

Don't expect a big difference, just a subtle change before the PV opens. Also depends on the pipe and jetting.
