What have you checked? Did you check for spark? Make sure it has fuel in it and the fuel tap is turned on? You didn't leave anything in the airbox did ya? Don't laugh, it happens.

Fuel is getting through, plug was wet and could smell it from exhaust! Tap is on I have a clear inline fuel filter. Anything in the air filter? What like next doors dog or something!

Light bulbs go bad quick. Mine failed during my last WV trip, noticed it half way through. Still has power, but the element broke. I'm waiting to see if I want to invest in the LED another forum member built.

Ninja edit: Where is the rod on your Lectron? My bike wouldn't start with the basic setting, so I can't tune it. If you can drop me a PM with your basic setting as a baseline I'd appreciate it.

Phil,

Start at 50mm from the bottom of the slide to the tip of the needle. That will have you close. I think mine settled at 50.25mm from memory. Singletrackers a little richer around 49.something mms.

When you pulled the plug did you verify spark?

I once left a rag stuffed in the intake after a project like yours. I have since learned it's pretty common lol.
