2001 200 Timing Question

I Had remover stator searching for running problem, Could anyone out there help with the correct mark for timing, The bike was Dying out when it was warm, I have a coil tester and that was not it, also tried a different coil,
The bike will only run when cool, so just looking for any insight, also the stator area was dry, only looked like condensation.

When you say dying out do you mean intermittant misfire then dies or just dies with no warning??

it feels likes its running out of fuel, which its not, full tanks, starts and runs perfect when cold, Will run for approx 10 min, riding easy, when you ride race pace, 5 min tops and dies out. let sit 10 min. or so. will start and make it approx .5 miles and dies again
Not sure of the orig timing mark as it was set where you can see the bolt mark, not even close to the punch mark
