Stock GG chains are riveted. I usually replace it with a master link when I need to pop off the chain.
By the way, you don't need to remove the chain to service the linkage or swingarm. I just did my swingarm and linkage last night without removing the chain. |

My six days EC 250 had an endless chain. I like it that way. All you need is a chain break tool. Just piece of mind.
