Gas Gas Ec250 Cylinder Head 1mm Machined Increased Compression Lower Squish 2003

Here is my Gas Gas Ec 250 Cylinder Head, that has had 1mm machined off the mounting face, to increase compression and lower the squish value.


This head can be used if you want to lower your squish value after raising your base gasket value, otherwise for a standard base gasket value, it may not suitable. Please check your squish value before considering this head.


I purchased the head several years ago, already machined by the previous owner. After fitting the head and re measuring the squish value, I confirmed it had exactly 1mm removed. The head was fitted to my 2003 bike for several years until I put it back to standard a few months ago to sell the bike. The bike has now been sold and the head is surplus to requirement.


The head has been machined very nicely and it worked faultlessly for the several years that it was fitted to my bike. Please see the pics.


Fitted to my 2003 but believe it will fit other ec250s in the years range of 2002 to 2012 roughly, but please do you own research on this as I can?t confirm it exactly.
