Talking Newbee with a 450FSR

Hey guys, just looking for a little insight! I have a 07FSR and have about 5000 miles on it and just wanted to see if I can find someone that has the actual valve adjustment specs..I have seen as many as 3 but just like to do it right the first time, and of course no info from the importer..
I use the bike as a dual sport and absolutely love it! I have had a few moments with it, but worked thru them and so far it is as good as it gets. I will tell you that the best thing I did was get rid of the Ducati voltage regulator! After that no more charging issues, erratic instrumentation, popping exhaust! Un-believable the difference. But you guys probably know all that..
Sorry for the long read....
