Default Uprated Footpegs?

Who sells a really good uprated foot peg for the 2010 GG? I am looking for a strong peg that wont break the bank. All ideas appreciated, the stock ones are butter!

Steve

Any peg that fits a Yamaha fits a GasGas. Lot's of choice out there.

My first thought was IMS as well - if you have big feet - they make a "low boy" peg - lower and back slightly from stock position to give you a little more room to the controls.

IMS makes a "pro series" and a "super stock" - I would recommend the pro series - they provide much better grip.

If you want to buy some bling - you can pick up some titanium YZ pegs on e-bay for not too much $$. It saves weight - but it is down low where you won't feel it - not a big bang for the buck.

i have super stock ims pegs - they are nice, but grinding them for better grip is a big plus. also you need to grind them for kicker clearance.

You have to grind anything for brake pedal clearance.

If you like a really wide peg the 09 YZ450F stock pegs are nice and the price isn't too bad either. These pegs will also set a little lower than the stock pegs.

Default Fastway Pegs

I have a set of fastway pegs that work great. The bad news is they are so large that the brake petal prevents the right one from folding. You have to grind and cut the back corner away and the tig a new section into the peg. The pegs are stainless so you have to tig. Its alot of of fabricating plus they are expensive

Pivot Pegz have released a v3 peg that is 60mm wide. It is huge, but as it rotates you can still change gears and use your brake easily.
