Do you know i emailed them about my lightswitch 10 (?) days ago. No reply.

So i followed up the email 3 or 4 days agao. Again: No reply.

I sent them every detail of the bike, and even took a photo of the light-switch so they got all the info.

I find it is always best to phone bike shops; don't think many will answer emails. Cr4p customer service, but that's the way it is. Don't know why they even include email on their websites / advertising. Think of it from their point of view - many shops are run by ex professional racers who can't / won't use a computer and probably aren't that good at writing in a business like way, but do know about the bikes they are selling parts for.

+1 for Dave at Biketech. (who will complain a lot if you try to email him)
