Just brought a FMF Gnarly for my ec200 as the Messico is to smashed and bent. Will I need to re-jet my bike at all?

Mabe if you pilot is lean then yes. Also your current main might be too rich with the new pipe. Best way to find out is go ride it with the new pipe and then go from there.

I've had my Messico repaired several times by http://www.piperepair.com/ and they have done a great job, very pleased w/ their work.

You should prob try it first as it will depend on how close your jetting was to start off with. f.w.i.w. when I switched from the motowest to the fmf on my 300 i had to go up 2 sizes on the main to compensate

Unfortunatly I won't get a chance to test it before I have to race the bike, but don't really want it running like crap.

I don't live in the US so piperepair.com would have cost to much.

Thanks
