Default Rekluse Core Manual (RMS7000)

Picture gallery:

Questions:

Does any one know
-what's difference between 178-002B & 178-002A clutch boss?
-what's thickess the new rekluse fibre plate?
-what's thickess the new OEM fibre plate?
-what aim is the steel SEEGER ring in the clutch boss?

Theory:
Core manual steel drive plate thickness (0.06") 7 piece & 1 piece (0.04)
Sum: 7x0.06+0.04=0.46" (11.68mm)

Fibre plate
I think Gasgas new OEM 2.8 mm.
Sum: 2.8x8=22.4 mm

Plates height: 22.4+11.68=34.08 mm

This is not so good, because pressure plate and clutch boss full closed distance is 34.08 mm

I think the 178-002B need thicker fibre plate than 2.8mm.
(sample Cr250 fibre plate 3mm)
or thicker start steel plate, or more steel plate.

Has anyone run into the same problem?

In picture gallery, my fibre plate thickness is 2.65mm
I can slove this problem, I'm only curious.

Thanks!

There are 8 friction plates in your stack and 7 steels so your calc is wrong.

How does the stack actually measure up? I've never played with a rekluse to give any decent advice in afraid, does it have a set of instructions you can post?

My calc contains 8 steels. 7 piece 0.06" and 1 piece 0.04"
Rekluse stack start with 0.04" steel plate.

I read on forum, the new gas OEM friction plate thickness is 2.85-2.9.
This is my calc error...

The newer RMS H450 rekluse steel plate thickness is 0.065" not 0.060"
