Default Fork oil??????????

I need to know what oil is best to use in my 03 ec300? Can I use a heavier weight oil to get better performance due to not wanting to put heavier springs in???? Thanks fer the help.

Heavier oil really just slows down dampening effect. Springs hold the bike up and allow full use of the travel. It will help a little but not a good substitute IMO.

Hmmm, used to snowmobile with the same crew back in the day I think. Would love to but I am in the middle of a move and everything is a big ol mess. LOL. I am running 5wt in my 2011 and shimmed for it. Zoke in 11 came with 10 wt I believe. I personally like 5wt as it flows better in colder winter temps.

How much sag is in your front end? You should probably not have more than 2" of static/no rider sag. I like to see about 2-3 inches rider sag. It is hard to measure and you need several to get an average. If you have not done this before and have issue's you can call me if you wish 880 6885.
