Piston for a 07 ec250

Hi can you tell me if there was a piston change in the 07 ec250 to pre 05
ec250 as have been told that they changed the piston ports from the 06 up is this right as my supplier list this but other suppliers say they are the same thanks for the help

Hi just found out from supplies site that the 2000 to 2009 piston are the same for the standard EC250 but the 07 ec250 Rspec had a better piston that made better torque down low so is it worth the extra money to go for the better piston or stick to the standard one ????
