Default Fse 450

Hello Mike

I have a FSE 450 that I ride here in New Mexico. What I like is that it is street legal so I can ride from the house to the desert. It only has about a 1,000 km since it was new and I have added skid plate, desert tank, and a performance exhaust.

I am in my 70's and don't ride that much anymore so I might be willing to sell the bike. Riders here are all desert guys and I have no trouble staying with them. The suspension and handling is unbelievable for a 450 four stroke. It is like new, no crashes, dents -- tires are like new.

Hi Mike, I currently have an '04 EC 300 and a '05 FSE 450. I got both new but they had sat for years at the dealer. I can not pick a favorite. They are both perfect for me.

I love the 450. I'm a small guy also. And old. My list of bikes is quite varied and long. What I have left and all I care to own are the GG 450 and 300.

The 450 is very easy to ride fast and smooth. It feels much smaller and lighter to me than it really is.

I can't say whether you'll like one better than what you have but what I can say for sure is that I love mine and can not imagine a better 4 stroke bike for me and I've had quite a few.
Ed

Search for the wife's new bike has ended, lowered the 450 and 300....she's got a choice now! We're good!
