Sachs shock spring crossover?
Prob been asked before (tried using the search function without luck) but I want to upgrade from my 5.6 rear spring to a 5.8. This is on my '11 GG300 with Sachs rear. The sag figures just aren't quite right with the 5.6. To assist in online searches etc is the spring the same as any other models ie Yamaha WR's etc?
Thanks

I remember hearing once a KYB spring will work, but check with some of the tuners that contribute here first.

Yamaha kyb wr450 11 I think, it's a bit longer and requires a spring compressor to fit, or an ingenious use of ratchet tie downs. 150 from ballards.
Or just measure http://racetech.com/download/SRSP-RTShockSprings.xls

Or just get a spring made for it... 60x60x260. Same price as a regular spring- 110-120. Got one in the other day for a customer.
