Default Gg ec300sm 07

I was looking for a roadlegal, twostroke supermotard for a time, and since ive had 3 GG before, I took a quick look at it.

Never seen a two stroke GG SM over 125ccm with newer-type of plastic, so searched my ass of for some pictures for it. Found 1 picture of the new plastic, EC300SM.

Therefore, im uploading 2 pictures of my newly build 2006-2007 EC300.

New plastics (2011) Sixdays Mexico, Messico front exhaust I believe, Vertex B piston with 0.20 ring gap, 1,1mm squish. 182# main jet, 42# pilot. Short standard silencer.
4pot front Brembo caliper with brembo master pump, 320 front disc and Morad rims. New front forks, marzocchi, all new wiring. Wave disc rear.
Running 13-40 sprockets. Did tight the chain after pictures where taken.

That's frickin' awesome

The front rotor looks massive on that wheel, how's stopping power?

Very cool man, you'll have to post up a ride report. Are you going to race it?

Bet you get all kinds of crazy looks running a 2T SM

The front brake is very good, but forks are too soft. Adjustments on The top of the forks are on max,but I guess thats just the pre-setting. Dont know alot on front forks.

Streets and ice this year. (Norway) and supermoto next year.

The most populare bike for Boys between 16-18 is ktm 125 exc s? to beste honest, nope.
But 300 2T is very,very rare.

those forks look like the sach's, in which case the compression dampining is at the bottom of the fork, the clickers up top are for the rebound.....

Thanks. Im hoping its going to be fun
Its not Sachs. Rebounds was the word I was looking for, thanks

Compression is now also set, much better!

Running 178/42 in the Keihin was a bit to small, now ive have a squirl sound, so guessing the bearings are shoot, this was also due to 0,15mm bottom gasket, engine poured in gearbox.
Swapping to 192/42 (Main/pilot), just to get it thru inspection. Made out 17kw at around 4,5k (limit is 18kw.) due not willing to og on pipe.

Porting both the cylinder and match-port barrel to house, new front pipe and jetting. Wondering about retard the 2k3 ignition for higher peak Power.
