Default My standard EC300-07 mod to Sixdays-09 conversion

I was tired of my EC300 2007 and rebuilt it as an Sixdays 2009.
I bought white plastic kit from polisport to gas gas 09, Fork protection Polisport to KTM, Sticker kit to GasGas 2009 Sixdays and a black Head light. Then I extended the life of my bike.

Finished my forks, love them. Resprung the rear. Leaned the Lectron carb 1/4 turn, installed new dual layer NoToil air filter, repacked silencer, swapped to FMF Gnarly pipe, adjusted both brake levers, and swapped the front sprocket from 12t to 13t (13/48).

Also, ordered Tubliss for front and rear along with new tires, Goldentyre Fatty up front and Shinko 525 cheater rear. Also ordered some smaller diameter grips.

Do you guys prefer the 525 over the 505? I ran a 110/100 505 and it chunked like no other...I think I got 5 rides out of it. Running a 120/100 505 now, as I heard that it does not chunk/wear as poorly as the 110. Just curious how the 525 differs..

Made and fitted an 8 gauge + cable to go between the solenoid and starter. Added an extra earth cable from starter bracket to coil. Drained oil and filled with fresh Penrite synthetic.

I have the 525 120 on my 300. I like it a lot. Works as advertised espescially wet roots and rocks. Gives up a little bit to "normal" tires in mud. I have 24 hrs of 55 C level HS and Enduro riding on that and the Shinko 216 "fatty" up front. Both wearing very well for me rear is just starting to round off the front edge.
