Well I got the cast off last friday, and I went to physio today and got the best news iv heard in a while, apparently iv got 90% of the movement back in the wrist, and there is very little pain, if any from regular wrist movements, but still slight swelling in my wrist.
I am also free to start and strengthening the tendons and muscles. Amy, the physiotherapist, also seems pretty confident that if I work towards it I will be able to ride the enduro on the 19th of september. She was amazed at how much movement and how little pain im having, considering 6 weeks after surgery.

Iv lost count of the weeks now, but today I went for a proper ride on a mates farm. Some good good paddock racing, some intense uphills, roots, rocks, slippery clay, pine needles, and steep!!
Arm didnt do anything funny and didnt complain about the riding, it got sore, but there was never any sharp pains from picking the bike up or anything out of the ordinary, and there was alot more bike picking up and groveling than I would have liked.
This is also my dads first ride since breaking both bones in his leg ~6 months ago, and he rode everything I did, wasnt happy when his ktm starter stopped working but other than that, we were both happy that we can now start riding again
