tried getting them welded, but theyre getting too far gone even for that.
what other mufflers are poeple using?
im looking for somthing thats tough and easy to rebuild/repack when the time comes.....

See if you can get the FMF Turbine Core 2. Has worked well for me with minimal spooge and not too loud. Still has a spark arrestor. If not interested in spark arrestor the Power Core 2 is good. The Q Stealth is a big 4 stroke looking spooge trap.

Hey Jakobi - don't you think much of the FMF Q Stealth? Are they any better with the spark arrestor pulled out?
Must admit, my bike's still pretty new, however i get heaps of oil dribble down it, with the Q Stealth

I've got no experience with the Q stealth. But its big heavy, bulky, and looks like its made for a 4T I'm sure it works fine though.. Your bikes new, and if you're still running the stock jetting it'll be running quite rich off the bottom which will cause heaps of dribble. My 2010 with the TC2 did the same until I changed the needle out for something more appropriate. Usually just get a light oily ring at the end of the pipe these days.

Default Silencer Option

I am using this one. I have experienced good power improvement at all rpm ranges. The smaller physical size and weight loss are also good. The sound level is not excessive.

I won't get into premix oil of choice, as related to "spooge". That just starts a long, time-consuming "discussion".

My bike has the Turbine Core 2. It was on there when I bought it. I would prefer a little quieter but not enough to switch to the Stealth. The SA is a plus since many legal trails here require one.

Cannon Racecraft is a simple, compact silencer, easy to service, and had a noticable power increase over the Stealth.
