Question GG 2012 EC300E Marzocchi 48 and Sachs refurb and tuning for rocks

Hi guys.
Its time to have my suspension serviced.
I have a guy that does mainly KTM suspension, but will do mine for me.

Before I take it to him, I just want to get some tips from you guys.

I bought the bike secondhand so I am not sure what the shimstack is like now, what springs it is running, or what oil.

So we are going balls to the wall and just doing everything. My suspension is not bad, but I get a lot of deflection on loose rocks (brick size) and the frontend feels loose at times.
I do almost exclusively rocks. Some gopro footage:

I don?t mind if the suspension is not optimal for fast twisty stuff as that is not where I ride really.

Bike is the 2012 GG EC 300 E
Running the 48 Marzocchis and Sacs shock
I weigh 75kg nude.

Can anyone suggest a setup we should be looking at (Front and Rear, Shimstacks, spring rates the works)?

All help would be seriously appreciated.

For MZ 48 start with coil preload at 0. Pfp at 1 turn and sae 2.5 oil
Changing in the preload will be a big improvement
