Sorry for the late reply on this one.
So I have set the PFP to the soft setting at 1 turn and I have now got 3 weight oil in the forks. It is super plush now. On open roads with corrugations the front end doesn't give a twitch of feedback through the bars. In deep hard pack whoops the front end behaves well and in sand it still holds its height. I have softened the rear compression to the point I now get full travel in the rear (marks on the bottom of the mudguard) and then wound it in 2 clicks. The rebound on the rear I have had to slow down now but all in all I am so glad I changed the fork oil weight. Quick and easy fix to the harsh forks I had previously.

did you change the oil in the cartridges or just the outer tube?

Only the outer tube mate. I thought id try the simple steps first and then move on if I had to but overall I am happy enough with the changes I have made.

I only put in the 330ml which is 10ml more than the manual states.
