My first Gas Gas

Just made the deal for my First Gas Gas. Bought a 99 Ec200 from a friend. He bought the bike in 2002 From Hall's in Springfield Il. Jay will continue to be my dealer of choice. Bike is set up well already. Has handgaurds, big tank and steering stabilizer already. I've wanted this bike for years so when the owner upgraded to a newer bike I jumped all over it. Will post pics when we get it out of storage and to my house. Been wanting to get back on a bike since I sold my last KTM 250 exc.

Thanks guys. I'm ready to get back out and ride. My 8 year old wants to start racing this year so dad had to get a bike also. Always liked the Gas Gas bikes and have rode this one several times in the past.

Rod, I actually worked for Jay when I got out of High school. Seems like a long time ago. He is the reason I have always wanted this bike. So it's a no brainer to go back to him.

That's awesome; really hoping my boys take an interest in the sport and want to hit the trails with the old man when they get a little older. We have an Oset 12.5" for our 4 year old right now and he likes riding it thus far - hope it continues.

Post up some shots of your bike when you get a chance; I picked up my first GG 200 a few months back and like it so much I'm trying to get another one for my wife

Best memories are when I ride with my sons. The 3 older are great riders now at 18, 15 & 13, and we love riding together. Have a 4 year old too who will be hopping on his JR 50 soon! More memories await!
