Default Basic Settings for 2005 DE250

Just purchased a new 2005 DE250 and was wondering if anyone has a nice recommendation for basic starting point suspension settings ?

Marzocchis up front and Ohlins w/ hi speed compression in the back.

I'm a B rider competing in district 37 desert enduros and the occasional desert race. I probably weigh about 205 with gear.

Fork
comp ?
rebound ?

Shock
lo speed comp ?
hi speed comp ?
rebound ?

recommended race sag ?

fork height in clamps ?

Thanks all !

Love the new features, content and look of the website !

Mr. Eel,

You will probably be needing some firmer springs for your weight etc. if it still has the stockers in.

See the FAQ post Suspension Baseline Adjustments I recently made to get you started.

Yes, the new website is really cool! Thanks Jeff!
