Default FISHER seat

Wow! I picked one up from a fellow member here on the forum and this thing rocks! Night and day better than the Guts tall soft I had on my last bike. They aren't cheap but boy what a difference they make. Mine is about 5/8" taller and also 2-3 inches wider at the back. Makes the second half of our all-day rides a lot more fun.
Fisher is a custom aftermarket company. You send them your seat and $250 and they modify it and send it back. Seat Concepts is another fantastic seat but they no longer do custom work or kits for GasGas. Their kits are $160, I suppose you could buy a kit for a jap bike and make it work if the length was the same or just a little longer.

I agree... I had never even heard of them, but one came on my 450 & it's one of the best seats I've ever had.

Gasser what kind of foam would you say is inside the seat ? Soft , medium ,hard ? Does it level out the seat a bit ? Is it 2 inches on each side or is that all of the extra width . Thanks for the info my old ass needs all the help it can get .

Fisher will custom make the seat any width up to probably 10-11 inches wide at the back. Mine is a total of 3 inches wider and almost 3/4 inch thicker. The foam seems to be medium density but is of much higher quality than the stock foam or the Guts foam I had on my last bike.
