Default Rebuild questions

I am rebuilding a friends 2004 250cc GG. Can the barrel be bored oversize for a new piston or is the sleeve to narrow to bore it?

THanks...

Best thing is to do is use the search tool here. There is a lot of info here plus the input comes from all over the world!!! IMO - the best Forum!!!!

These to topics that Jakobie did will allow you to learn a lot about the motor.

Another supplier is Bob Piper at North Tahoe Motorsports. He sells Wossner piston/top end kits on ebay. His parts supply and knowledge is deep regarding all things gasser. Technical information as well as parts, good combination.
