I have the fan relay and a 12v relay. Bouth need a yellow wire but i only can find one yellow wire in the head wiring These are the parts i mean. ( number 30 and 27) Who can tell me on wath colour i have to connect them. And for what are all the other plugs that arent connected from the main wiring? Hope you guys can help me. |

Part no. 27 could be an AC voltage regulator (I'm not sure about part no. 30). Does the manual you got the sketch from have a description for it?
Check the last post here http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/sho...ht=wild+wiring and see if you can follow the colours. EDIT: Not many devices will have a ground connection and only one other wire (regarding part no. 27)

The Black/Yellow from the CDI usually goes to your kill switch.

That extra yellow wire might not be connected (wire for something optional?).
Check the connector carefully with a flashlight. Are there any scrape marks to show it has been connected in the past?

The Black/White wire from the CDI (in your first pic) usually goes to chassis ground (at least on the newer motorcycles it does). Try to carefully follow the wiring diagram to figure out each function.

The other side of the switch goes to Yellow/Green (which is chassis ground). The engine stops when the switch makes the circuit Black/Yellow to Yellow/Green.
I always note the main colour first (the second colour is the stripe). I use colours based on my 2011 bike, it's up to you to make sure your bike has the same colour scheme. The wiring diagram should help with this.

Ok, number 31 in the wiring, is that ground? Or 12v?
Because it has a yellow wire that would mean 12v. Or doesnt need to be connected? Also someone now where i can find a list of the numbers/ naming from the wire pdf |

The small circled numbers represent the wire number on the diagram. The large table at the upper right of the wiring diagram shows the wire number and it's corresponding colour. The small table translates the colour into English.
Small 31=G=yellow (which is 12VAC) Note that the larger circled numbers refer to connection points and some are shown in more detail at the bottom of the diagram. Anything that has a "U" refers to a grouped connection (union). Large number 23 and large number 31 are NOT connected. One of these is your dangling yellow wire. Also think of the wiring for it's function, not just the colours shown on the diagram. Some colours on the diagram are not the same as the wire colour. They can't show a white wire as white or it wouldn't show up against the white background. The diagram is showing what the electrical connections actually are. Look at small number 60, it shows as a red wire that connects to a yellow/green junction point. What this says is that it creates a ground point halfway up the winding. It would make more sense if they made it yellow/green but we can tell what it does by knowing the function. The second large table column represents the wire size in mm2. 0.75 is an average size. 0.5 is lighter, 1.0 is heavier. This can help if you notice a wire size difference.
