2007 GasGas 450FSR
Hi,
I'm planning to check my valve clearances this weekend and find that my source of information is at the Scottish 6-Day trial. I've searched the Exotics for info on valve clearances for the 07 450 FSR and tried other forums. I seem to get 2 conflicting answers - so has anyone got the definitive numbers in mm for the valve clearances on this bike? I'm not sure if the values I've got - either 0.12 and 0.15 for inlet & exhaust or 0.15 and 0.25 apply to my bike or the early FSE (which had 400 and 450 cc engines). The on-line GasGas manual for 05 seems to avoid any mention of valve clearances. The 03 manual refers to 0.15 and 0.25. The user manual that came with the bike also does not mention valve clearance values! Many thanks, Neil |

On my 05 I was told .15 and .25. Seems to start and run good at those settings.
