Anti-vibration bar inserts-anybody try em ?
In addition to checking the usual suspects (skid plate, pipe, swingarm, engine mounts) I am thinking about some bar inserts.
I would like to tame the vibration a bit (just came from a 4T) Anybody have experience with the bar inserts? thanks J |

I tried them, did not work for me.
Flexx bars do a good job of reducing vibrations, mostly due to the 3lbs of mass on the triple clamps. |

I made my own for my orange paint shakers when I rode them. Might have helped a little, maybe psychological. Get some 3/8" copper tubing, cut to about 3", close one end, fill with bird shot, close other end. Wrap with tape for a friction fit in the bar and tap in so that you can still mount your handguards.
