What is your video workflow?

What resolution do you guys shoot in, computer/software, formats, rendering, etc.?

I have a ContourGPS.
Generally shoot in 1080P (30 fps) or 720P (60 fps). I flip back and forth between the two.

Lately MacBook Pro. Using the Contour Storyteller software, someday I'll try iMovie.

Go Pro Hero 960 shot at 720p

Use Corel VideoStudio Pro X3 for editing and export the finished product as whatever.. depends if I'm more interested in quality or size.

Drift HD170 camera recording in 720p @ 30fps.
