Can I swap Triple clamps and front forks?
I have a 2005 EC 250 (now 300) and a 2004 MC 250. Both completely stock with Marzocci Shiver forks. The EC has the (?) 45mm forks and the MC has the 50mm forks.
What I am wanting to do is have my EC with 50mm forks. I think that if I simply swap triple-clamps with the forks still installed, I will have heavier forks on the bike I ride most. The MC is a great bike, but its mainly used for a loaner for friends to ride if they want to come along. My main bike is the EC.

One bearing is different, you will need to swap that bearing and race also. I did this with an 06 ec and 05 mc
