Default Front Axle Sizes

When did they change from 20mm to 22mm or vice versa on the front axle? I want this new Front axle nut ( http://www.mainjet.com.au/catalog/pr...products_id=55 )in order to do sliders on my bike but dunno the size of the threads and if I take it apart I wont get it back together to ride for an event because the allen head side is fubared.

It is a 2003 Supermoto 450
