Default front brake pin ruber thingy me bob

Ok, this bike has really started of bad for me but its my fist two stroke and my first gg, which even with all its problems i am loving, swaped a yzf for it but thats a nother story.

front brake has a part missing, a black rubber insert that goes over the top of a pin in the calipper, iv forced in a peace of round plastice to stop metal to metal, iv noticed the front locks up quite easy, could this be why?

how do i put pics in the text box? then i can put a technical drawing in of the part i mean.
But it is the only rubbe bit on there i think, it is not the bleed nippel and has nothing to do with the pads, it is on the caliper and goes were the pin slides in when bolted to the fork

I think you're talking about the dust boot on the caliper slide bolt. #11?

You're welcome.

#9 -slide pin. Slides inside of #10.
If there's no free movement, the caliper will bind and keep the brake up against the rotor.

ah yes, this explains why the front keeps losing traction on hard braking, thought it might just be me not being used to the different brakes it being new to me.
iv orderd a new one from gg uk but they did tell me i had to order a hole caliper so i looked into it and it is the same as the rear which you can get on its own, now i can drive harder into the corners

Thanks for all your help.

The caliper will just pull from the bracket leaving one pin on the bracket and one on the caliper.
