I love my Gas Gas but?

Along with all that, I would like to see a true aluminum frame or some other way to bring the weight down a bit. Awesome bike but a bit piggish to lift after a couple of hours. steel frames are so outdated.

Sticking an aluminum frame on a Gasser would be very difficult to R&D the handling now present in the current line up.

Aluminum frames don't bring down the weight - you have to use alot more material to get the same strength as chrome-moly steel; In the end - you don't save weight....
