Home Made Octane Booster
Hey guys I was doing some surfing this weekend and came upon this method of making your own octane booster. Wonder how this would work in the 2T bikes?

A warning : From what I recall - it will discolor the tank - turn the natural part yellow/brown so that you can't see through it to see fuel level any longer...

My stock '07 runs awesome on pump gas. I've mixed race gas/pump gas to offset seasonal ethanol level changes but its not neccesary for detonation prevention. If you have/plan to have your head modified it can be done for the fuel of choice. FYI, when I had my '03 head modified, Ron at RBD told me 200 PSI is about the compression limit for pump fuel. Check your compression.
