Default EC 250 05 noo idle. settings??

I can`t get my bike to idle. It is idling for some time then it goes down in idle and stops short after that.

my setting is
mainJet: #185
idle jet: #38
temp: 15-25 C
height over sea: 50-100meters
needle is N1EC notch 4 position.

Any tips??

First set your float level correctly. I run my float level on the low side to get proper idle on downhills and reduce fuel overflow on steep downhills. Others have done likewise.

Are you a do it yourself jetting person? If so, look at the jetting database to get ideas of what others have done. Most effective for trail riding is often the single taper needles and the appropriate pilot jet & main jet. As a note you currently have a triple taper needle which tends to run richer at low throttle near idle.

If you are not into do it youself jetting, then the best solution is the RB Designs carb mod. It will fix your idle issues.
