Default transmission oil on ec250

the oil looks like it has a little water in it,it is slightly milky ,has always gone like this since i had the bike , changed the oil and after a bit it goes this colour
.
where can it get contaminated from ?,read somewhere bout non return valves ???? i found 2 rubber tubes off engine both are open ends. one finishes up by rad and other finishes in skid plate.

Water can enter through your breather hoses or it can be the coolant. I say you warm the engine, drain thoroughly, change the oil and route both hoses upward. Ride and avoid water crosses for a while to eliminate the possibility that this is the culprit. Water pump gasket(s) are next step IMO.
