I'm going through the same problems on the other end of Canada.

In quebec city there is someone who says he is a dealer, but is seriously lousy in communication skills and customer servise.

One dealer in Ontario was supposed to let me know when he would get some of the parts i was looking for in stock. That was in march, I found them on the internet instead.

Maybe the dealers just aren't taking their customers seriously yet.

Hoping to see some dealers pop up in Alberta!
Very little exposure here, most people assume my bike is a honda or a beta lol.

I am baffled at why some of you are beating up on Rod.
He's only been back with GasGas for a few weeks. Give him time.

While Rod was gone, no one squawked about the Canadian situation. There's no magic wand he can wave and have a perfect outcome overnight.

Just chill and enjoy riding.

My $0.02.

I don't think we are beating on Rod. I see it as making him aware of a problem that the customer thinks should be taken care of.

If anything Rod is definitely not the problem but more the solution. I'm pretty sure the problems are at a local level.

Time to move on.

The brass at GasGas is aware of the issues.

Which shop does Andy own?

No worries.
Look on page 47 of the latest Cycle News.
Full page ad from GasGas, listing several Canadian dealers.
