If you are talking about the Sun/Rain switch, it adjusts the timing curve on the CDI ignition. Sun mode makes more power and Rain is more linear with less hit in the power delivery.

So, first of all - it make less power at "Rain" (noobe mode), or it designed to neutralize weather conditions to fit jetting?

My "rain" is Soooo rich...

The ignition timing is retarded in rain mode.

Last week, I accidentally bumped mine into rain mode.
The bike was a gutless wonder.

It sounds like your bike may be jetted rich and the rainy day setting highlights the issue.

it might be a little rich by main jet, but it's not an issue. And it run really good at "sun" switch. So i just don't understand what exactly "rain" i need for.

As above. It retards the ignition timing.. I set my engines up to run strong in the sun setting, and then that's usually where it stays... even in the sloppiest conditions.. that lever on the left hand bar works wonders to modulate power to the back wheel.
