Default EC250 info?

Okay, I have asked this question on several threads and receive 0 responses so I think I need to ask it differently. I have a 1999 ec250 with a 4speed trans. It runs great and I am finally going to ride a lot this summer (maybe a harescramble or two). That means it will be more than due for a rebuild at the end of the year. I would like to obtain a manual before getting that involved however the earliest I can find is 2003. My question is does anyone know where I can find one or will the info from the 2003 suffice to complete a rebuild. This is far from my first offroad smoker so I am familiar with the process and could probably do it without the manual but I always like to be as informed as possible.

I also have a 99 EC200, olny have the owners manual. This link provides back to 2003, which should be about as close as your going to get. Have you tried Go.Fasters?

The '03 manual is close enough. Just curious. Why do you think you need to rebuild the engine? Maybe you should do a compression test and see what's going on in there. Often times, folks rebuild their two strokes because they think they should. If you run 32:1 oil ratio, and don't let any dirt through the engine (fresh filter frequently, the three f's to live by), it should go 20000 miles easy.

It is close enough though. Any other questions ask on this site.
