Piston Differences

Here in the UK piston kits for 03 onwards EC300's seem to be much cheaper than what I've been quoted for my 99 version!

Is there any reason why I can use the later piston?

to my knowledge the pistons are all the same...at least from '99 to 2006 or even later on.
