Take your exisitng pipe to a local muffler shop and have them add 15 to 20mm to the exhaust spigot side of the pipe. You can usually get it done for about $20

Makes a world of difference on the 200 for added low end.

Be warned that it will put some stress on the upper and lower muffler mounts, as the mounting points are now 15 to 20mm out of line, and it may take another set of hands to put the pipe back on but its worth the effort IMHO.

What about making a spigot spacer for the cyl with longer bolts? Cleaner and then your pipe is not custom if you squash it. Isolater extensions are easy to make.

In '07, the 200s were supposed to have a specific pipe. Does anyone know the difference from the 250/300 pipe? Could it be just the added header volume?
