Default rear tire keeps coming off rim

Hello,
I have a michelin rear tire and it keeps poping off the rim, only about six inches worth, the rim seems to be in good condition, im running 14 psi but didnt think psi would make any difference?
been thinking about a note to michelin. Any one els been having any probs?

My guess is that the bead is broken on the tire.

Tube may be too small. Michelins use a different tire sizing than other manufacturers.

My guess is that the bead is damaged. In my early years I buggered up a tire trying to mount it.

+ 2 bead is damaged. Get a new tire.

all rong, tyre is fine, it was the clamp that had broken the rubber had given away from it.
