Default shift lever on 2000 XC300

I would like to put a high quality shift lever on my 2000 XC300.
I cant find one. Right now I have some cheep one I found on ebay. I thing its an EMGO? BUTTER soft cast aluminum. I have to tighten the bolt on it every time I ride it.
Its junk.
Is there any cross over levers from newer bikes that fit it?
Cant find a decent rear brake lever either.....

OEM shifters seem to last longer.

Rear brake pedal. Us a Yamaha YZ ( 2 stroke) brake pedal.
Bolts right up, once you shorten the GasGas spacer.

I got a rear brake lever from a 09 YZ and it does not fit. I will need to add a bushing to fit to the gasser pivot post, and lenghten it.
My gasser brake lever is in decent shape. Im just going to ru it.
I really just want a good shift lever that i dont have to tighten up every time I ride it. Do I really have to go OEM? There must be a lever from another bike that fits it....

Lots of people have installed the YZ lever.
I had one on several of my Gas Gas'.

Just have to shorten the GG pivot bushing.
