I went with the Scott's. Super HD and a proven guard for here in New England.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the tip on the XR rear I'll check it out next time I'm out at Ballard's.

What did you do to protect the speedo sensor pick up?

Hey John,
Nothing as of yet with the sensor... luckily it hasn't been damaged and besides making somthing in the shed that is really ugly I have no idea! Hopefully someone here might have some have an option. Where are you getting your spare parts from

IMO there is only 1 choice, Scotts.
Mine has been on all 3 of my Gas Gas 300s. A span of 5 years of racing and putting the type of miles and abuse I put on stuff and it still works as good as the day I installed it, now on my current bike.
They are overbuilt. For guys like me who keep purchasing the same bike that the brake carrier stays the same on only makes the investment a savings in the long run.
