Default New House - Track needed.

We were down to the wire. My wife was leaving the country for 10 days. We used docu-sign in the airport parking deck. On a side note there is 8 acres next to us for sale. Once the dust settles, I'll look into that. Also 100 acres of woods across the road, not for sale but I'll be looking for riding spaces!

I am very excited.

Wow we're a bit frazzled. Wife is home with our daughter. I still have to get the shed moved, all the garage/shed/yard stuff to my buddies farm for storage (household items are going in PODS). We'll be homeless for 11 days. We'll live with my folks, who have a huge lake house, I hope we don't kill each other. Still have to finish getting the motor in my truck. I'm out of town all next week. We have a wedding to go to in there as well.

Sure I do. Got the shed moved. Was a bit sketchy. Had to get up on the roof and cut some branches off and my buddies winch fried a solenoid. So had to use the come-a-along.

Thumbs up

Man, that looks like a tight fit.

We're selling our place in Florida and I've got two sheds, a 12x20 , insulated, sheetrock'ed and 120/240 volt power (my m/c shop) and a 10x15 for lawn tool and honey-do tools & stuff. I'm letting it all go with the house.

I'm probably just giving them away, as they probably didn't raise the value of the place. Might of made the place seem more attractive to someone, though.

Each deal is different, gotta do what works for you and the new owner.

Thanks for posting.

Yeah is was tight. I had about 10" on either side.

Long story short is new owner pissed me off. He wasn't getting the shed period. I would have taken it apart and taken it with me before he got it.

Hope all goes well. Sounds like you're 1/2 way there.

Thank you. This has been very painful. The purchasers agent had been a royal pain and made things harder not easier. Worst home selling experience I've ever had! I've already had a brief conversation with his boss and I'll be writing a letter. If I could have withheld a portion of his commission I would have. I asked the closing attorney.

All is going well we get into the new smaller house Monday. Really looking forward to a little land and the quiet rural life!

I can't remember the last time I was this tired!
