Default plug problem

on my new 300 racing 09 i have to bring three plugs every time i go riding!i am running out of solutions i have tried all plugs including Iridium, got the cck needle and went slowly down from original 185 to 162 main jet and 42 pilot to clean the burning issue not only it pings when you cut down the throttle it got the lean feel with the fool plug attitude which makes the bike brutal and not enjoyable to ride.the plug is stinky black even with the 162 jet ??
i use 1.5 % maxim castor 927 and tried Klotz and motul esther with no change.my SWM 240tf1 ran better in the days.!

1.5% is 65 to 1.. 927 is probably not very effective at that ratio..
162 main is extremely lean..but the 42 pilot is not...

is your clutch side seal bad?

What elevation and temperatures are you running in? What kind of riding do you do?

Wes.

i was thinking that if jetting had no effect on plug fouling, the oil had to come from somewhere. the only other place for it to come from is the gearbox oil via the clutch side crank seal... does bike smoke alot?

That main jet seems really lean for sea level. I would go back up somewhere around 175-180 and maybe try dropping the needle. Sounds like its loading up in the technical stuff and then will clear out when you can open it up. Tight stuff is ridden mostly on the pilot/needle setting, so I would start there.
