Default Clutch drag....

Just got this 03 EC250....

jetting is screwed up but the biggest problem is the clutch is dragging...

havent taken it apart yet...but I have a leak right where the hose meets the bleeder...so not sure if its the brass washers or something else....doesnt look like it could be much else than that...anything to look for inside that will make it easier to fix this clutch....

Also a small water leak somewhere up front that havent located yet...

any ideas where I should start my jetting...90 degrees, 0-1000 ft....I read the jetting database but both bikes are completely different jetted....ahhhh
Starts a little hard, gotta crack the throttle to start, that tells me lean on bottom...barely any drool out the pipe....just seems rich everywhere but the bottom....
