Default New member and first post.

I just wanted to say hello to all. I just picked up my first GG yesterday from a forum member. Its a 05 EC200. You can see pics of the bike here....

http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=21065

I'm 55yrs old and ride mostly tight single tracks so this bike should fit the bill nicely. I am coming off a Modded Yamaha IT200 and mostly wanted a suspension & brake update VS my 30 year old bike.

I also will be asking some questions here and there as I search the forum for info.

Thanks Tbucket. My first repair will be to fix a leaking fork seal. I have had KYB forks (99 YZ250) apart but never Marzocchi forks. Is there a (How To Disassemble) on these forks some where on the forum?? Thanks Zrt.

Sweet, another 200 rider in our mix

Welcome to the fold, think you'll like the bike compared to the IT

Check the suspension sub-forum as there might be some bits in there on rebuilding. The folks here are incredibly helpful, so if you have a question, just ask and someone will get back to you (might take a few days).

Congrats on your new ride!

Welcome. I'm new to GG myself and I can't be happier. Fantastic bikes and fantastic people.

Thanks all. I am looking forward to getting this bike in the woods soon. I should have the new fork seals by Tuesday or so. Hopefully I will be able to try it out the following weekend weather permitting.
