Default the best pipe/muffler 07' ec200

I have a new 07' ec200 that is lacking in performance and after trying a JD kit
that has only helped slightly i was thinking of a different type of exhaust maybe FMF which made a big difference on my previous bike 200exc. Has anyone got any suggestions other than the exhaust ?...alltitude is upto
1200' and temp is around 15c to 30c. 45p / 178m / blue needle #4/ as 1 1/2.

I am not sure as to where you wwant more power. I hear the JD needle makes the bike smoother. If you need more bottom end power a switch for 13:52 gearing will help, LTR power valve cover, a POWER NOW PLUS, POWER NOW (carb divider plates), FMF Gnarly for bottom end, and a 2K2 igntion.

As for your jetting it sounds like you could go down on the pilot one size and raise the clip up one position.

Describe what you want performance to be like. It may help with suggestions.

The LTR powervalve cover makes a HUGE difference on the 200. Get one.

sorry guys but this was my first post and i was a bit rushed ....more information....bottom end is ok, mid range no real hit and top end is flat, plug reading is odd..rich on one side and lean on the other..squish ?. previous bikes include 200exc that flew, tm125en that flew, 2 x ec250 that flew and 82 other bikes that were also spot on. the gasser as delivered with the standard aus jetting was all bottom end and nothing else so that is why i went to JD rather than alter the standard settings...big improvement. also the inside of the pipe is very dirty...squish maybe? power valve is working ok and fuel mix is motorex cross power 2t..i also have other concerns that i will post in the correct sections..cheers

What is the part# on the pipe? The new bikes are supposed to have a 200 specific pipe, not the 250 pipe.

GMP..where would I find the part # ? ....I did query the pipe with the dealer when I first rode it and I was told that it was the right pipe.

Nick...TMX did a test on the 2007 EC200 and rated it poorly " no bottom end ", " hard to live wth ", etc, until it was found that the pipe from a 250 had been fitted instead of the 200 pipe, they then fitted the correct pipe and re-tested with fantastic results, which is why I need to make sure that the pipe on mine is the correct one.
Cheers
