ItI solved the problem ,I'm a (censored) idiot .I was change the places of roller and bushing ,now everything works fine .Thank you guys !

Look at the first picture in post #10. The roller is over the pins. I believe the roller needs to be on the cam part (pivot arm must be closer to the engine case).
