Looking at a set of Marzochi 48mm with GG triple clamps

I'm considering picking up this front end (forks and triples only) for my 01 EC 300. Just curious if my front wheel and brakes will work, or what parts I'd need if not.

I can validate that the 2005 wheel works with the forks. put a set on my 2005.

Got another question for you. Did you modify your old triple clamps or go with new ones? If you chose new triple clamps, what handle bar mounts were required? I think the 2001 handle bar mounts are a different style and probably won't cross over.
